By accessing or using InfiniteTalk's AI talking video generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

InfiniteTalk provides an advanced AI talking video generation service that transforms images or videos into infinite-length, audio-driven talking videos with perfect lip synchronization. Our Sparse-Frame Engine V2.0 technology creates lifelike talking videos that never break character, featuring stable lip sync, natural expressions, and full-body animation capabilities.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

InfiniteTalk provides AI talking video generation capabilities. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service, generate harmful or inappropriate content, or help anyone else to do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

InfiniteTalk operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate talking videos and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

Our service allows you to upload images, videos, and audio files to generate AI-created talking videos. You retain all rights to your uploaded content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

You may not use InfiniteTalk to generate talking videos that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our Sparse-Frame Engine AI models or technology. Commercial use of generated talking videos may be subject to additional terms.

InfiniteTalk is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated talking videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated talking videos for any particular purpose, including lip synchronization accuracy or video quality.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall InfiniteTalk, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InfiniteTalk regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
